MMA Superstar Cung Le Visits Richmond, British Columbia

Cung Le instructed a 1 day San Shou and MMA seminar in Richmond, BC Canada on August 2 2008. The seminar was hosted by Richmond Martial Arts which is operated by Johnny Ahmed. The seminar was held at the Richmond Executive Plaza Hotel and lasted for 4 hours.

Following the seminar Cung did a Q & A with all the participants and finished with an autograph and photo session. Participants were very pleased and sore after Cung's workout. It was great to see Cung sparring against some of the participants. This was also Cung Le's first seminar in Canada.
